The Horse Livery Yard
At La Tuilerie we run a classic horse livery yard. Most horses are at grass all the time but we have a stable block for horses to be housed at night if preferred.
We have horses of our own, Paula has 30 years of horse owning experience and is a veterinary sugeon. In the UK Paula was on the panel of 'Riding Stables Inspectors', who perform inspection of local riding establishments. Your horses are in good hands.
Next to the farm are 250 acres of woodland with miles of criss-crossing tracks. In the surrounding area there are masses of off road tracks linking surrounding hamlets and villages. All the roads around the farm are quiet. We have maps showing many of the routes, but there are always new rides to explore.
We have an outdoor schooling area with jumps. In the stable block there is a feed store and tack room,for rugs etc.
A Holiday With Your Horse?
Bringing your horse on holiday is not as difficult as you might think. It does depend on where you live and your horse must be passported and used to travel.
What could be more romantic than sleeping in a tipi with your horse grazing in the field next to you?

We have 250 acres and make all our own top quality hay. The majority of our horses need no other feeding apart from year round access to good grass or our hay.
